"BOnd Law" me-ans the <br /> Revenue B'ondLaw of 1941, being Chapter 6 (commencingwi'th <br /> Section 54300) of Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the Govern- <br /> ment Code of the State. <br /> Section 1.11. "capital costs". "Capital costs" <br /> means capital costs as defined in Exhibit A attached hereto <br /> and hereby made a part of this Agreement and includes all <br /> sums of money expended or to be expended by the Authority <br /> for acquisition, construction or completion of the Joint <br /> Facilities or for any machinery or equipment included in <br /> the Joint Facilities, exclusive of costs of special services <br /> as defined in Exhibit A hereto. <br /> Section 1.l2. "City" and "Cities". "City" <br /> shall mean Belmont, Redwood City or S~n Carlos. "Cities" <br /> shall mean Belmont, Redwood City and San Carlos. <br /> Section 1.13. "Clean water grant program". "Clean <br /> water grant program" means the program of federal and state <br /> financial assistance for wastewater facilities administered <br /> by the State Water Resources Control Board pursuant to Chap- <br /> ter 3 (commencing with Section 2100) of Title 23 of the <br /> Administrative Code of the state. <br /> Section l.l4. "Commission". "Commission" <br /> means the Commission referred to in Section 2.4, which shall <br /> be the governing board of the Authority. <br /> Section 1.l5. "Capital reserve expenses". "Capital <br /> reserve expense" means those sums of money required to be <br /> deposited in any wastewater capital reserve fund required to <br /> be established and maintained by the Authority by the clean <br /> water grant program rules and regulations. <br /> Section 1.16.
