"Engineers" means the <br />consulting engineers to the Authority, appointed by the <br />Authority. or their successors as such consulting engineers <br />to the Authority. <br /> Section 1.19. "Federal water pollution control <br />act". "Federal water pollution control act" means the <br />Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972, <br />being P.L. 92-500, 86 Stat. 816 et seq., as thereafter <br />and hereafter amended. <br /> Section 1. 20. "1969 facilities". "1969 facilities" <br />means Stage 1 of the joint facilities described in the 1969 <br />agreement. <br /> Section 1.21. "Fiscal year". "Fiscal year" means <br />the period from July 1st to and including the following <br />June 30th. <br /> section 1.22. "Joint Facilities". "Joint Facilities" <br />means the 1969 facilities, all facilities conveyed to the <br />Authority pursuant to Section 5.8. hereof, Stage 1 of the <br />Project and, if and when acquired or constructed, Stage 2 <br />of the project. <br /> Section l. 23.
