City i <br />Manager stated ream: deposit of :)100 had been received, <br />that easements had not been used since theip dei i-caHon, and not felt necessary for <br />present or prospective use by City, Councilman Weymouth moved to close the public <br />hea-ri nr,-, seconded by Councilman Herkner and carried. <br />Councilman Her -1 --or moved to adopt RESOLUT101: No. 4898 VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION <br />OF A SANITARY SEWER AMD STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT, seconded by Councilman Weymouth and <br />carried on roll call vote. <br />City Manaier's report to Council stated salary ordinance introduced at Council meeting of <br />January 17th contained inadvertent omissions of some classifications an other needed <br />corpectiono and since publication had not occurred, it was felt reintroduction would <br />be more feasible than corrective amendments. <br />Councilman Weymouth moved to introduce Ordinance establishing salaries for Employees <br />of the City of Redwood City; adding Article V, commencing at Section 23.70, to the <br />Redwood City Code concern' 7 the administration of the Pay Plan; and, repeallng- <br />OrKnance No. 1147, seconded by Councilman Petersen and carried. <br />Acceptance of Final Map, Windsor Gardens, Subdivision of lands Westerly of El Camino Real, <br />an& Eortherly of Oakwood Drive Qpn-O'Brien) presented for consideration. Teport <br />of the Planning Commission a Staff analysis was read recommending acceptance of' <br />Final Map by Council action.
