<br />City Manaier's report to Council stated salary ordinance introduced at Council meeting of
<br />January 17th contained inadvertent omissions of some classifications an other needed
<br />corpectiono and since publication had not occurred, it was felt reintroduction would
<br />be more feasible than corrective amendments.
<br />Councilman Weymouth moved to introduce Ordinance establishing salaries for Employees
<br />of the City of Redwood City; adding Article V, commencing at Section 23.70, to the
<br />Redwood City Code concern' 7 the administration of the Pay Plan; and, repeallng-
<br />OrKnance No. 1147, seconded by Councilman Petersen and carried.
<br />Acceptance of Final Map, Windsor Gardens, Subdivision of lands Westerly of El Camino Real,
<br />an& Eortherly of Oakwood Drive Qpn-O'Brien) presented for consideration. Teport
<br />of the Planning Commission a Staff analysis was read recommending acceptance of'
<br />Final Map by Council action. Rtaff reported Final Map covered only a portion K the
<br />Tentative Map previoualy approved as applicants intended to develop the area in stages
<br />and proposes to finalize Block "C", as depicted on slide, to contain 2S lots for town-
<br />house cnnstruction with an interior lot having common ownership for open space and
<br />recreational purposes.
<br />Mr. Leps, one of developers, answered Council questions
<br />concerning development, and also stated whole project
<br />proposed to be completed within two years.
<br />Councilman Petersen questioned plans for development of the commonly owned interior
<br />lot.
<br />Mr. Leps stated each block has their own association,
<br />responsible for maintenance, with each land owner havinE
<br />an interest in the common area and covered by recorded
<br />covenants and restrictions.
