Henderson requested time for presentation of <br />protest. <br />Mayor Hosseili stated general procedure for placing items before Council, but stated <br />willingness for her to proceed if she were unaware of this procedure. <br />,Mrs. Henderson read a statement protesting actions taken by City Council involving <br />various phases of Redwood Shores, and questioning amounts in bond authorization <br />resolution. <br />City Attorney and City :Manager asked to respond briefly in answering Mrs. Henderson, <br />in order to explain that points on which she protested had been thoroughly explored <br />and actions of Council taken at recommendation of Staff and City's Consultants. <br />Mrs. Henderson also asked why the proposed Charter Amendments had not been publicly <br />discussed, and was informed by the City Attorney that the Council had considered them <br />on at least three occasions. <br />Councilman Petersen questioned unfinished improvements started on portion of Yyp n Ave., <br />and was .advised of construction so far, ?end hope for completion soon if weather Yould permit, <br />Counci?man `.'Weymouth moved to adjourn, soconde d by Councilman Peterson anti carried.
