ATTACHMENT A <br /> to eliminate, on average, two single-car commutes a month for fifty percent of County <br /> employees. <br /> The County will be the lead in the administration, planning, implementation, and oversight of <br /> ongoing operations of the Telework & Flex-schedules project. The remaining Parties will <br /> provide support and assistance as needed for project planning and implementation. <br /> 4.1 Planning <br /> 4.1.1 Telework <br /> 4.1.1.1 Policy reviewed by County Executive Council <br /> 4.1.1.2 Policy adopted by County Board of Supervisors <br /> 4.1.1.3 Policy guidelines and participation documents developed by County <br /> Human Resources & County Green Team <br /> 4.1.1.4 Identify baseline data needs, collect and compile data <br /> a. The program is required to collect and report the needed data for the <br /> Project Evaluation and MTC Regional Evaluation efforts. This <br /> information will be mutually agreed upon by the Parties, following <br /> recommendations made by the Project's evaluation consultant. <br /> 4.1.1.5 IT issues reviewed and addressed <br /> 4.1.1.6 Outreach plan developed <br /> 4.1.2 Flex-schedule <br /> 4.1.2.1 Develop baseline data and method to track VMT benefits <br /> a.
