Prepare one presentation board for Community Meeting#2. Presentation board will be plan view <br /> color rendered plan and is to be approved by the City at least two days prior to the meeting. <br /> 7. Attend and co-facilitate Community Meeting#2 <br /> 8. Provide notes to City from above meeting that will summarize the ideas and comments gathered <br /> at the meeting and present them to the attendees for verification, confirmation, and consensus <br /> on the goals and program for the park <br /> 9. Conduct conference call w/City to discuss approach <br /> 10. Prepare preferred alternative concept for issuance approval from SFPUC <br /> 11. Conduct phone conference with City to review SFPUC comments and final preferred plan <br /> 12. Make final modification to the preferred design alternative per above meeting and send to City for <br /> City approval to proceed to 65%design <br /> Deliverable: <br /> a. Submit two (2) conceptual designs based on the first community meeting within three (3) weeks <br /> after the meeting. <br /> b. Submit a cost estimate for the preferred design alternative. <br /> c. Submit one (1} presentation board for Community Meeting#2. <br /> d. Submit meeting notes from Community Meeting#2. <br /> e. Submit a final preferred alternative within two (2) weeks after receiving comments from the City as: <br /> 1. AutoCAD Rendered Plan View. <br /> 2.
