Conduct a conference call w/City to collect City staff comments and feedback <br /> 5. Provide documentation as required to submit all necessary permit application(s)to SFPUC <br /> 6. Conduct a conference call w/City and SFPUC& collect comments and feedback <br /> Deliverable: <br /> a. Submit the 65% design which includes plans, specifications, cost estimate, and project schedule <br /> within 4 weeks after receiving comments from the City. Five (5) copies of the 65% design plans, <br /> specifications, and cost estimates are required. City will issue approval to proceed to 95%design. <br /> TASK D-95°�CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION <br /> Consultant shall: <br /> 1. Provide documentation as required to submit all necessary permit applications <br /> 2. Prepare 95%construction drawings (CD) based on the 65%design and City comments as listed <br /> below: <br /> a. Existing Conditions Plan/Survey <br /> b. Demolition Plan <br /> c. Grading and Drainage Plan <br /> d. Site Plan <br /> e. Materials and Finishes Plan <br /> f. Layout Plan <br /> g. Site Furnishing and Play Equipment Plans <br /> h. Electrical and Lighting Plan <br /> i. Irrigation Plan <br /> j. Planting Plan <br /> k. Planting and Irrigation Details <br /> i. SWPPP plan <br /> 3. Prepare 95%Technical Specifications <br /> 4. Prepare a 95%cost estimate <br /> 5. Visit site and prepare redline markups <br /> 6. Conduct conference call with City to review permitting requirements <br /> 7. Conduct in-house Quality Control (QC/QA) plan check <br /> 8. incorporate City comments and QA/QC redlines into bid-set construction documentation package <br /> 9. Meet w/City to review draft final CD and engineer's estimate <br /> 10. Incorporate City comments into final CD package <br /> 11. Deliver PDF and AutoCAD files of bid-ready Final Plans, Specifications& Cost Estimate (PS&E) <br /> Deliverable: <br /> a.
