Description of Proiect <br /> Downtown Precise Plan 2013 Amendments <br /> The DTPP amendments can generally be categorized in one of several ways (a more <br /> detailed summary of changes can be referenced in Table 1 below): <br /> • Updating references to the maps, charts and te�t associated with the modification <br /> of several conceptual design features that are no longer being pursued including: <br /> 1) Removal of Depot Circle, which will result in the realignment of Hamilton <br /> Street and Winslow Street, as well as replacement with Depot Plaza; <br /> 2) Removal of Theatre Way Extension on to the project site; and <br /> 3) Abandonment of the elevated railroad concept. <br /> • Updating the regulatory standards or guidelines.
