The applicant <br /> proposes to construct a new mixed use project comprised of two office buildings, ground <br /> floor retail, and associated structured parking. Building A(at Middlefield/Jefferson), at <br /> 197,550 square feet, would include six office floors above a ground floor containing <br /> lobby, office, and parking functions. Building B(on Winslow), at 108,505 square feet, <br /> would include four office floors above a ground floor containing retail, lobby, office, and <br /> parking functions. Buildings A and B, excluding parking, would total 306,055 square <br /> feet. The two office lobbies would be located on Middlefield at Theatre Way (Plan Sheet <br /> A22, 4/26/13). A podium deck above the parking entrance would provide outdoor <br /> furniture and landscaped areas for project tenants (Plan Sheet L12, 4/26/13). <br /> Building B would contain 5,075 square feet of ground floor retail in the west portion of <br /> the site along Winslow Street, planned to include stores and restaurants with outdoor <br /> dining, along with public plazas with seating, art, and water elements.
