The following items were taken out of order: <br /> ITEM 6-CONCERT PROGRAM UPDATE <br /> Supervisor Hannon reminded the Commissioners of the concert to be held <br /> on Friday, July 8 from 11:30am-1:30pm at Paragon Point in Redwood Shores. <br /> The Commissioners reviewed the list of Commissioners responsible for <br /> hosting each concert. They discussed the minimal amount of canned food <br /> collected at the two Stafford Park concerts and asked that a letter be sent to <br /> Fair Oaks Advisory Board Chairperson Bonnie Miller to determine her <br /> feelings about continuing the food collection efforts. Commissioner <br /> Distefano suggested collecting food at each concert. <br /> M/S Redington/Fischer: To consider collecting canned food at next year's <br /> concerts. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> ITEM 5-FAMILIES ARTS DAY <br /> Supervisor Hannon said Families Arts Day will be held Saturday, july 16 <br /> from 11:OOam-4:OOpm and explained that flyers and posters have been sent <br /> out in addition to press releases to the newspapers and radio stations. She <br /> passed around a sign-up list for the Commissioners to work at Families Arts <br /> Day in two hour blocks of time. <br /> ITEM 7-PUBLIC ART UPDATE <br /> -Police Department Art <br /> Nothing to report at this time. <br /> -Sequoia Station <br /> Commissioner Distefano announced she will be going to lunch with David <br /> Irmer and Commissioner Fischer on July 13 at 1:OOpm and will report back to <br /> the Commission. <br /> -Red Morton Center <br /> Supervisor Hannon said she met with Park and Recreation Commissioner <br /> Don Davis regarding the plans of the Fundraising Committee and noted that <br /> he will be contacting Commissioners Distefano and Moran since they had <br /> previously volunteered to be on the committee. <br /> -City Hall <br /> Nothing to report at this time. <br />
