� ____ W�__ _ __ e�.�.. <br /> �, � <br /> �, . � <br /> A certificate or certificates evidencing the maintenance of the required <br /> insurance or program of self-insurance shall be deposited with the City Clerk <br /> prior to occupancy of the Subject Premises by Permittee. In addition to the <br /> aforesaid certificates, Permittee shall file with the City Clerk endorsements: <br /> (a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage of insurance before <br /> the expiration of 30 days after City shall have received notification <br /> thereof by first class mail from the insurance carrier; <br /> (b) Naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, officers, boards, <br /> commissions, agents and employees as additional insureds; <br /> (c) Providing standard cross liability provisions; <br /> (d) Stating that the insurance afforded thereby to City, its Council, <br /> officers, boards, commissions, agents, and employees shall be <br /> primary insurance to the full limits of the liability of the policy, and that <br /> if City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents, and <br /> employees have other insurance against a loss covered by such a <br /> policy, such other insurance shall be excess insurance only. <br /> 9. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Permittee shall comply with all laws <br /> concerning use and occupancy of the Subject Premises including, without <br /> limitation, the obligation at Permittee's cost to maintain or restore the Subject <br /> Premises, or the equipment stored thereon, in compliance with, and in <br /> conformance to, any and all laws relating to the condition, use, or occupancy of <br /> the Subject Premises or the storage and use of said equipment. <br /> Agmt-482 cJ <br /> DES:djk <br /> F:S h a re d/Redwood/C o u n ci I <br /> 05/14/01 <br />
