Councilman Britsehgi remarked that apparently Don Wilson was not <br />notified to appear at this time and should have been at the Council meeting to be <br />sworn in by the Clerk Pro -tem, along with all five members of the Personnel Board <br />who were recently appointed. All were to be notified by the Clerk to appear at <br />the next regular meeting of the Council on motion of Councilman Granger, seconded <br />by Councilman Britschgi, and carried. <br />ANIN!AL SHELTER ORDINANCE. A charge for redemption of licensed but untagged dogs would <br />be raised from 50 cents to $1.00 and boarding fees would be raised from 25 cents <br />to 50 cents a day; it would also increase control of Poundmaster over licensed and <br />unlicensed dogs. Councilman Morgan suggested this ordinance be turned over to <br />City Attorney and put in proper form. Mayor Werder stated if no objections this <br />would be placed on the agenda. City Attorney Currie thought this could be made <br />effective July 1st by introduction at the next meeting and an insertion of "4 <br />emergency clause. iwi <br />RESOLUTION N0. 582. COUNCILMAN MORGAN OFFERED RESOLUTION AND MOVED ADOPTION ACCEPTING <br />deed from J. B. Perry Company, a corporation, seconded by Councilman Spillers, <br />and carried on roll call. <br />RESOLUTION No. 592 <br />ACCEPTING DEED FROM J. B. PERRY COMPANY, A CORPORATION. <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the deed from J. B. <br />Perry Company, a corporation, to the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation, <br />dated May I1, 1945, be accepted by and on behalf of said City, said deed being for <br />the following described real property in the City of Redwood City, County of San <br />Mateo, State of California: <br />Arbitrary Block 0, Lot 25, portion of Lot A, Perry Subdivision, <br />196.25 feet fronting on Perry street, commencing 351.02 feet south- <br />east from Brewster, more particularly described in the deed attached <br />hereto. <br />
