<br />apparently had been out of business for several months and now had an aornncy for a British automo-
<br />bile. He had lost his franchise for the Oldsmobile andhad not notified the City Collector's office
<br />that he had another agency. Mr. Van Buran stated he thought Cudahy had the new franchise 'cefore he
<br />moved. City Collector Perrin thou ht if there was a period when Cudahy was out of `usiness that the

<br />usual fee to start in business should be paid by him. Councilman Granger moved that the application
<br />be carried on agenda until the next meeting and the City Collector inform Cudahy to produce a
