CI• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 602 <br />TRANSFERRING $238.31 FROM UNBUDGETED TO GENERAL GOVERNMENT - MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSE <br />RESOLVED, that the City Auditor be and is hereby authorized to transfer from Unbudgeted Reserve to <br />General Government - Miscellaneous Expense the sum of $238.31, the amount necessary to pay balance due <br />on the Purchase of Perry Parking Lot. <br />{. Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at its regular meeting held on the <br />2nd day of August, 1948, by the following vote. <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution: Councilmen: Granger, <br />Holmquist, Morgan, Spillers, Swift, Werder. <br />NOES, and opposed -to the adoption and passage of the foregoing resolution: Councilmen: None. <br />ABSENT, Councilman: Britschgi. <br />ATTEST: <br />RALPH S. SHEPARD AT THE PRICE OF $500 was offered and moved for adoption by Councilman <br />S pullers, seconded by Councilman Holmquist, and'ca-rried on roll call. Councilman Britschgi <br />noted absent'. <br />RES GLUT ION N0. 603 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED FOR LOT 22, BLOCK 41, MAP NO. 2 OF CENTRAL PARK <br />RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood 'amity, that the deed from 14. H. SHEPARD and DOROTHY <br />F. SHEPARD, his wife, to the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, dated July 23, 1948, be accepted by and on behalf of <br />said City, said deed being for the following described property: <br />Lot 22 in Block 41, as shown on a map entitled "MAP no. 2 OF CENTRAL <br />PARK REDWOOD CITY SAN MATEO COUNTY" which map was filed in the office <br />of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, cn <br />July 20, 1912 in Book 8 of Maps at pages 15 and 16. <br /># # # <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on <br />the 2nd day of August, 1948, by the following vote; <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution: Councilmen: Granger, <br />Holmquist, Morgan, Spillers, Swift and Werder. <br />NOES, Councilmen: None <br />ABSENT, Councilmen: Britschgi. <br />W.
