<br />ABATE14ENT OF FITZPATRICK BUILDING., City Attorney reported that part of the material
<br />stored in the barn had been removed and suggested this be duly and regularly
<br />continued until March 1st meeting. It was moved by Councilman Granger that this
<br />be carried on agenda until next meeting, seconded by Councilman Holmquist, and
<br />carried.

<br />with City Attorney �on means of so doing. Councilman Werder moved this be carried
<br />on agenda until meeting of March 1st, for a further report on this, seconded by
<br />Councilman Swift, and carried.
<br />TJSED CAR ORDINANCE. Councilman Granger believes the new and used car dealers have
<br />practically arrived at a solution on proposed ordinance and it was decided to
<br />carry on agenda.
<br />GROSS BUILD J_ City Attorney Currie announced that notice had been posted to abate
<br />this building. On sworn testimony Building Inspector Duncan declared that he had
<br />inspected the premises located at 10.2 Main Street; upon examination of premises
<br />found there was no foundation; building was in very poor structure condition;
<br />wiring was in dangerous condition; plumbing not up to standard; entire building
<br />was o+ wood structure; that building co,Lld not be made to conform to the fire
<br />district which it is in; and his recommendation to the City Council was that this
<br />building be demolished. Resolution to demolish building Within thirty days, if
<br />not City to proceed to demolish at cost to owner was adopted on motion of
<br />Councilman Britscngi, seconded by Councilman Holmquist, and carried -on roll call.

<br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that whereas L. M.
<br />DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of the said. Ci V), of Redwood City, did, as required
<br />'by Ordinance No. 303, post a notice to abate nuisance upon the real property
<br />situated in said city, County of San Mateo, ata.te of California, and particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />North 120 feet on Maple street and lb feet on the northeast side of
<br />i -lain Street, Lot 40, Mezesville Main Street Lots, commonly known
<br />and designated as 1042 Main Street, Redwood City, California,
<br />and did send a copy of said notice, so posted, by registered mail, postage pre-
<br />paid, to the owners of said real property, as said owners are listed upon the
<br />books of the City Assessor of said City of Redwood City, to -wit: Vincent
<br />Romano, %' Walter Realty Co., 2198 Broadway, Redwood City, California, and
<br />Aug,istin and Annie Baclgalupi, 277 Oakwood Blvd. East, Redwood City, California;
