Councilman Granger believes the new and used car dealers have <br />practically arrived at a solution on proposed ordinance and it was decided to <br />carry on agenda. <br />GROSS BUILD J_ City Attorney Currie announced that notice had been posted to abate <br />this building. On sworn testimony Building Inspector Duncan declared that he had <br />inspected the premises located at 10.2 Main Street; upon examination of premises <br />found there was no foundation; building was in very poor structure condition; <br />wiring was in dangerous condition; plumbing not up to standard; entire building <br />was o+ wood structure; that building co,Lld not be made to conform to the fire <br />district which it is in; and his recommendation to the City Council was that this <br />building be demolished.
