WHEREAS real property hereinafter described was duly deeded on the 26th day 407 of October, 1945, to the City of Redwood City, pursuant to the provisions of Divi- sion 1, Part 6, Chapter g, Article 1, of the Revenue and Taxation Code; and WHEREAS said City of Redwood City has not sold the hereinafter described property within the period contained in the agreement under which said property was deeded to the City of Redwood City; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of Redwood City does hereby authorize the reconveyance to the State of California, under the provisions of Section 3807.5 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, of the following described property: Lot 11, Block 46 CENTRAL PARK 2, which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on July 20, 1912 in Book 8 of Maps at pages 15 and 16. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of this City be, and he is hereby, author- ized to execute such conveyance for and on behalf of the City. Passed and adopted by the Council of Redwood City at a meeting thereof held on the 20th day of April, 19480 by the following vote: hr..
