Mayor <br />lv-Terder suggested an afternoon meeting within two or three days and have Street <br />Department report back on ways and means of doing this work. City Engineer Jain <br />stated there was some question of availability of material they preferred to use <br />but would report back. <br />MOVING OF BUILDING FOR RECREATION FROM PORT TO HOOVER SCHOOL AREA, REDWOOD VILLAGE. <br />Request for appropriation of $700.00 for foundation, roofing, painting, electrical <br />work and plumbing was discussed and placed on agenda pending report by City Manager <br />as to funds available. <br />COUNCILMAN GRAT?GER SUGGESTED THAT ALL ABATEKENT PROCEEDINGS THAT HAVE BEEN STARTED BE <br />followed through with some report on all of them. Councilman Britschgi mentioned a <br />two story building corner Bradford and Middlefield Road. <br />COUNCILMAN GRANGER NOTED TWO NIE-1 FLAGS in Council Chamber and thought City Clerk should <br />write a letter to the Native Sons of Golden West thanking them for replacing the <br />flags they originally gave the City. <br />COUNCILMAN B RITSCHGI REPORTED THAT FOSTER & KLEISER, 1675 Eddy Street, sign on Bayshore <br />was brought to his attention, that he had no knowledge of having granted permit, <br />and understood that they were notified to appear at Council meeting. Discussion <br />brought out that they had a permit from the State according to Building Inspector, <br />but had no permit from the City, and thought this was in the County. Councilman <br />Britschgi moved that if proper and in order that sign be removed and company be <br />notified, seconded by Councilman Holmquist, and carried. <br />LYNN P.
