9i MP rm 6n . submitted by the City of Redwood City for expenditure of the gas tax allocation to cities for the fiscal year 1945; and 431 WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agreement in full and is familiar with the contents thereof; THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City of Redwood City, that said project statement be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expen- ditures of the gas tax allocation to cities, and said agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the mayor and the city clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the City upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State. RE S0LUTI ON No. 575 AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER E. A. ROLISON TO SIGN ALL WARRANTS AND PAY -ROLL CHECKS DURING THE ABSENCE OF CITY CLERK AND TREASURER. RESOLVED that, during the absence of City Clerk and Treasurer R. S. Dodge from the City of Redwood City and State of California, City Manager E. A. Rolison is hereby empowered to sign all warrants and pay -roll checks together with the Mayor of the City of Redwood City. The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day of May, 1945 by the following vote: AYES: 'Councilmen Britschgi, Granger, Holmquist, Morgan, Spillers, Swift and Werder.
