These facts are described and quar�tified in <br /> Draft EIR chapter �3 (Noisey on pages 13-1 through 43-20, w�ich is hereby <br /> incorporated by reference. <br /> Impact: Impact 13�: Potential Noise from Parking Structure Ventilation System. <br /> Noise generated solely by the ventilation system and otl�er mechanical <br /> eq�ipment for the potentia� parking structure at the corner of Bay lRoad and <br /> Barron A�enue cauld substantially exceed existing ambient levels at residences <br /> in the area or the Redwoad City Noise Guidelines far Land Use Planning (see <br /> Draft EIR Tabl� 13.4) because the parking structure would be lacated proximate <br /> to residences on 2"d A�enue. <br /> Mitigation: Mitigation 73-4. During the project detailed design phase for the potential <br /> parking structure at the comer of Bay Road and Barron Avenue, the project <br /> applicant shall submit an aooust3cal study to demonstrate haw the parking <br /> structure design would meet the fol�owing noise standards at the most affected <br /> receiv�r: fi0 dBA CNE� and 60 dBA L�_h�daytime (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM}, 55 dBA <br /> L�,_nr evening {7:00 PM to 10:00 PM), �nd 50 dBA Ley�nr nighttime (10:04 PM to <br /> 7:00 AM). The design rrEeas�res may include, for example, the instalfation of <br /> silencers and baffles as neoessary to reduce the noise le�el at the nearest <br /> resider�tiai praperty line to the existing ambient noise level. <br /> Finding: Implementation of Mitigation 13-4 to fhe satisfaction of the Redwood City <br /> Community Development Department woufd reduce this �entilatian naise impact <br /> to a less-than-sign�cant level. <br /> Facts in Support of Finding: ImplementatioR of Mitigatian 13-4 would reduce noise from the <br /> parking structure ►►entilativn system prapased for the corner of Bay Road and <br /> Barron Avenue, w#�ich is near residences on 2"d Avenue, to a less-thar�- <br /> significant le�el. The mitigation defines maximum allowable decibel le�els <br /> {performance sfar�dards), which are typically met through standard ventilatian <br /> design measures such as silencers and baffles. These facts are described and <br /> guantified in Draft EIR chapter 13 (Naise) on pages 13-1 through 13-20, w�ich is <br /> hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> Transportation, Circulation, and Parkins� <br /> Impact: Impact 7-1: Existing Plus Project Impact on Woodside RoadlBroadway <br /> Inters�ction.
