WHEREAS, the DEIR for the Stanfard C;� Redwoad City Project identified that the <br /> Project would ha�e potential significant impac#s in the areas of transportation, air quality <br /> (construction), utilities, hazards and hazardous materials, naise, cultural and historic <br /> resources and geology and soils.
