6.1.D. - Page 2
ANALYSIS
Approving this agreement will allow Redwood City's Information Technology Division to
continue supporting the City of Burlingame, our largest customer in terms of hours
purchased, for fiscal year 2013-14, generating approximately $515,330 of revenue for
Redwood City.
ALTERNATIVES
The Council could elect not to approve the amendment and discontinue providing
information technology services to the City of Burlingame. The loss of this contract
would decrease City revenues and require City staff reduction or another client to
purchase similar hours.
FISCAL IMPACT
There are no new costs associated with implementing the above recommendation. The
agreement will generate approximately $515,330 in revenue for fiscal year 2013-14.
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
This activity is not a project under CEQA as defined in CEQA Guidelines, section
15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or foreseeable physical
change in the environment.
A

TONY GELPHMAN
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER
"
ROBERT B. BELL
CITY MANAGER
ATTACHMENT
AGREEMENT
