Capitalized terms ha�e the rneanings <br /> defined hereir�. <br /> 1. General. <br /> The GTC describes the general terms and conditions app[icable ta CUSTOMER's �urchase of 1T <br /> Services from RWC. The GTC together with fhe appficabie Serv�ces Orders constitute the entire <br /> agreernent beiween the parties. Ir� the event of a canf[icf between the ter�ns of the GTC and of any <br /> Services Orde�', the terms of the Services C�rder pre�ail. <br /> 2. Services Orders. <br /> The Services to be per�ormed by RWC are se# forth in #he appGcabie Services �rder(s). Each Serviees <br /> Order will state the Service, the term for which Service is rec�uested (the "Service Term") and the <br /> pricing for the Ser�ice. A Services Order is not binding upon RWC ur�less signed by an authorized <br /> RWC re�resentative. <br /> 3. Ser�ice Cammenceinent Date; Se�ice Term. <br /> The Service Terrn wiil be as specifed in the Servic�s Order, and will commence on the dafe specified <br /> in the Ser�ices Order. Upan expiration of the Service Term far a particular Services Order, Service will <br /> continu� under the Services Order on a month #o month basis at RWC`s then current rates, and ei#her <br /> RWC or CUSTOMER may termEnate the Service upon �a days prior wriften notice. CUSTOMER will <br /> pay RWC's then current eharges for any moves, additions or ci�anges to any Servic�s Order or Service <br /> agreed to by the parties. <br /> 4. Cort�pensation; Bil{inq; Pavment. � <br /> Compensatior� owed by CUSTOMER.far Services rencfered by RVVC wE�l be as set aut in the applicable <br /> Services Order(s). Upan execution of a 5enrfces Order by CI�STONJER, RWC will invoic� <br /> CUSTOIIl��R for any non-recurring i�itial set up fe�s, and t�e first rr�onthly r�curring charges, if any. <br /> Billing for par�ial months is pro�ated.
