b) A table showing existing state and federal ambient air quality standards.
Summarize the most recent Redwood City air monitoring data and compare
those data to the state and federal ambient standards.
c) A table showing the most recent air emissions inventory for San Mateo County.
Consultant will discuss the primary emission sources within and near the Study
Area.
d) A map that identifies sensitive air quality receptors located within and adjacent to
the Study Area. These will include residences, schools and day care centers, and
medical facilities.
e) Presents information fom BAAQMD on odor complaints for sources within and
adjacent to the Study Area.
f) Using BAAQMD's air toxics data, shows on a map recent toxic air contaminant
emissions for sources within the Study Area.
g) Using BAAQMD's existing Google databases, identifies sources of health risks.
These will include stationary emission sources and major roads in the Study
Area. As part of this effort, consultant will also use the California Office of
Environmental Health Hazard Assessment's Environmental Health Screening
Tool (CalEnviroScreen). Prepare a constraints map that delineates regulatory
distances between emission sources based on existing regulations (e.g.,
residential within 500 feet of major roads, etc.)
h) Identifies opportunities and constraints that existing sources (and removal of
existing sources) of criteria pollutants, odors, and toxic air contaminants pose to
future development that could occur in the Study Area.
Task 2: Cultural Resources
Consultant will prepare a report that:
a) Summarizes a records search of the project area at the Northwest Infomation
Center of the California Historical Resources Information System. Shoreline
margins are known to be culturally sensitive, as prehistoric peoples often
inhabited areas in proximity to water sources. The review will identify known
cultural resources within one-half mile of the Study Area in order to (1) determine
the cultural constituents of cultural resources recorded within or adjacent to the
Study Area; (2) assess the likelihood of unrecorded or buried cultural resources
based on historical references and the distribution of environmental settings of
nearby sites; and (3) develop a context for the identification and preliminary
evaluation of cultural resources.
REV:08-13-13 VR
ATTY/AGR2013.01191ESA/Draft Baseline Study Reports
