_.Y�.� <br /> b) Identifies areas of sensitivity regarding archaeological sites as well as existing <br /> areas of concern for architectural resources. Identify and map buildings or <br /> structures 45 years of age or older, the minimum age threshold for eligibility in <br /> the California Register of Historical Resources, using assessor's tax data. <br /> Existing cultural resources information included in the Redwood City General <br /> Plan and other local sources will be utilized to the greatest extent possible. Map <br /> areas of potential cultural sensitivity using GIS. <br /> c) Examines historic archival maps of the project area. This will inform the <br /> development of the area with regard to architectural historical buildings, as well <br /> as the potential for historical archaeological materials. <br /> Task 3: Greenhouse Gases <br /> Consultant will prepare a report that: <br /> a) Discusses state and federal regulations on greenhouse gases (GHG}and climate <br /> change as they pertain to the project, including Assembly Bill 32 (AB 32), SB 375 <br /> and the State of California Climate Change Scoping Plan. <br /> b) Discusses the City of Redwood City's Climate Action Plan (CAP), the GHG <br /> emissions inventory for the City, the Plan's recommendations strategies, <br /> predicted emission reductions and progress indicators. Consultant will discuss <br /> how the CAP pertains to the project, including a summary of the relevant goals, <br /> strategies and programs in the CAP. <br /> c) Discusses the City of Redwood City's General Plan and General Plan EIR. The <br /> Public Safety element of the General Plan contains over 20 policies and <br /> implementing actions that address GHGs and climate change. Identify Policies <br /> and Implementing Actions that would be relevant to existing and envisioned land <br /> uses in the Study Area. <br /> d) Identifies any land uses/industrial activities within the Study Area that fall under <br /> federal reporting requirements for GHGs. <br /> e) Using the City's General Plan and Climate Action Plan as a guide, qualitatively <br /> identifies potential opportunities for land uses changes in the Study Area to result <br /> in meaningful GHG reduction as envisioned in the CAP. <br /> Task 4: Hazards and Hazardous Materials <br /> Consultant, through its subcontractor TRA Environmental Sciences, will prepare a <br /> report that: <br /> REV:08-13-13 VR <br /> Page 12 of 18 <br /> ATTY/AGR2013.01191ESA/Draft Basefine Study Reports <br />
