_ .�. ��� <br /> Task D: Expanded Sea Level Rise Tasks <br /> Additional work is required to supplement existing EIR Task 1 b (Sea Level Rise Planning <br /> Collaboration), specifically involving ESA coordination with the City and MIG to address sea <br /> level rise considerations in the IHSP. <br /> ESA fulfilled the services in existing Task 1 b, culminating in its attendance at the 9/15/2014 <br /> meeting with City and MIG staff regarding sea level rise approach and relevant draft IHSP <br /> sections. Specifically, work completed up to and including that meeting was completion of <br /> the baseline sea level rise report, presenting to the Task Force, participating in second Task <br /> Force meeting, and two presentation so the City. Starting in mid-December 2014, ESA <br /> conducted work to prepare, revise, and discuss sections and exhibits for the draft Specific <br /> Plan (and supporting related utilities work regarding flooding and storm drainage by others). <br /> Some portion of this work exceeded the effort projected for ESA's Task 1 b, as detailed <br /> below. <br /> Cost Summary Task D <br /> The total cost of the additional services described for "Expanded Sea Level Rise Tasks" is <br /> $8,180, as summarized below. <br /> DCPANDED SEA LEVEL RISE TASKS <br /> Actual Labor Hours Total Cost <br /> Expanded Sea Level Rise Tasks*(1 b) 30 $5,220 <br /> Task E: Harbor View Place Project-Level Analvsis for the IHSP EIR <br /> Additional work is required to conduct a project-level CEQA analysis for the Harbor View <br /> Place development proposal to be incorporated into the IHSP EIR. The level of work <br /> described assumes the City seeks full CEQA cle�rance of the Harbor View Place project <br /> upon certification of the IHSP EIR. Additional work to prepare any subsequent CEQA <br /> analysis (addendum, supplemental EIR, or exemption) after certification of the IHSP EIR is <br /> not anticipated. <br /> Project Understanding and CEQA Clearance Goal. This scope assumes the IHSP EIR will <br /> evaluate the Harbor View Place project defined in the Harbor View Plan Conceptual Planning <br /> Submittal (except with the expanded site plan dated 1/6/2015) and several supporting draft <br /> project studies and technical reports and which, to the extent feasible, the project sponsor <br /> will update to apply to the project boundaries shown in the expanded 1/6/2015 site plan.� <br /> While it is understood that the project sponsor may secure additional parcels before <br /> certification of the IHSP EIR, no substantial additional assessment of an expanded project <br /> REV:06-15-15 VR <br /> Page 7 of 18 <br /> ATTY/AGR.Amend No.2/ESA Inner Harbor EIR Amendment No.2 <br />
