Do not adopt the ordinances, invalidating the resolution for the adoption of the <br />Precise Plan. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Approval of the Stanford in Redwood City project will have long-term positive fiscal <br />impacts on the City. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />On September 9, 2013, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2901 certifying the <br />Final EIR for the project, which analyzes the rezoning action and the development <br />agreement.
