APPENDIX A: MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PLAN <br />MMIlation M <br />recommendations and conditions in the approved permits at all times. Disturbed soils shall be revegetated as soon as possible with <br />consultant to review <br />grass or other appropriate native vegetation. Revegetation shall be performed in a <br />CC&Rs <br />timely manner to avoid soil erosion from rain or wind.
