APPENDIX A: MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PLAN <br />Mitigation Meas <br />Transportation and Trac <br />Implementation <br />Schedule <br />10 <br />Mitigation Measure Traffic -1: The applicants shall prepare a Traffic Management <br />Building, Infrastructure, and <br />Building, <br />%V <br />Prior to building a <br />Plan subject to the review and approval of the City of Redwood City prior to Phase I <br />Transportation Department <br />Infrastructure, and <br />permit issuance <br />and II construction activities. The Traffic Management Plan shall include: <br />to review and approve the <br />Transportation <br />• The preparation of a truck traffic routing plan, <br />Traffic Management Plan <br />Department <br />• The preparation of a parking plan for on-site vehicles and/or carpool <br />requirements for on-site employees, <br />• The preparation of a staging plan detailing appropriate locations for <br />earthwork activities, construction equipment, and delivery trucks and <br />materials, including details to minimize truck trips, <br />• Measures to minimize construction spoils whenever possible, <br />• Measures to balance cut and fill to the greatest extent feasible, <br />• Measures to limit or stagger truck traffic to avoid congestion along the <br />private portion of Laurel Way, <br />• Measures to provide sufficient access for emergency vehicles to the <br />greatest extent feasible throughout project construction, <br />• Preparation of a plan for rehabilitating roadways that might experience <br />pavement damage due to the construction traffic. <br />Mitigation Measure Traffic -2: Construction traffic shall be prohibited on weekends <br />Building, Infrastructure, and <br />Building, <br />During <br />and holidays and shall be restricted to the hours of 7:30 AM — 5:00 PM on weekdays. <br />Transportation Department <br />Infrastructure, and <br />construction <br />to periodically monitor <br />Transportation <br />compliance throughout <br />Department <br />construction <br />Mitigation Measure Traffic -3: Prior to project construction, the applicant's engineer <br />Building, Infrastructure, and <br />Building, <br />Prior to building <br />shall perform Traffic Index (TI) calculations to identify the current conditions on <br />Transportation Department <br />Infrastructure, and <br />permit issuance <br />Highland Avenue and the conditions during the construction process.
