Applicant's design professional shall evaluate <br />the project's impact to the City's storm drainage system and shall <br />substantiate their conclusions with drainage calculations to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer. <br />33. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program Best Management Practices <br />(BMPs) for construction shall be implemented to protect water quality, in <br />accordance with the approved Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br />(SWPPP). BMP plan sheets are available electronically for inserting Into <br />project plans. <br />34. For construction activity resulting in a land disturbance of one acre or <br />more, applicant shall file a Notice of Intent (NOI) with the State Water <br />Resources Control Board under the Construction Activities Storm Water <br />General Permit (General Permit). The NOI indicates the applicant's intent <br />to comply with the San Mateo Countywide Stormwater Pollution <br />Prevention Program, Including a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br />(SWPPP). (www.scrcb.ca.goy/storrnwtrioonstrucbon.htm . <br />35. Plans shall be designed to meet the C3 requirements of the Municipal <br />Regional Permit (MRP) NPDES Permit CAS 612008. In accordance with a <br />planning application completion date of February 2s, 2012, Low Impact <br />Development (LID) shalt be used to treat the C.3.d amount of stormwater <br />runoff. If LID is infeasible, a properly engineered and maintained <br />biotreatment system may be used to treat the C.3.d amount of stormwater <br />runoff. This requirement applies to both the Phase I and Phase II <br />improvements. <br />36.Applicant's design professional shall complete NPDES Checidists, <br />Attachments R1 and/or R2 of the City Standards as appropriate, to help <br />determine the minimum requirements for the project site. Requirements <br />shall be confirmed at the time of the grading permit application. <br />37.Applicant shall complete the City's "NPDES Permit Compliance Checklist°, <br />and provide for permanent stormwater control measures selected from the <br />City's "Local Source Control Measures List", as appropriate.
