7.1.D. - Page 16 <br /> Task 1.6—Invoices/Progress Reports <br /> Prepare and submit monthly invoices with progress reports that include earned value reports. <br /> Task 1.7—Risk Management <br /> A Risk Management Plan (RMP) will be developed to address potential issues such as delays to <br /> critical path studies or reviews; discovery of additional data needs or unforeseen site conditions; <br /> etc. Typical components of an RMP would include(a)identification of project risks, (b) analysis <br /> of risks by probability of occurrence and impact to cost and schedule, (c) prioritization of risk, <br /> (d) development of risk response strategies, and (e) execution of the RMP by closely monitoring <br /> project progress. <br /> Task 1.8 —Quality Control <br /> Establish and implement a quality control procedure for planning and design activities, prepare a <br /> Quality Control Plan, perform in-house quality control reviews for each task, and submit <br /> deliverables to the CITY for review in accordance with the approved schedule. Coordinate work <br /> to assure quality, accuracy and consistency of all documents. Assure compliance with other <br /> codes and standards as acceptable to Caltrans and approved by the CITY.
