The project will also provide its own <br /> project-specific parking as part of the structure, par of which becomes available during off <br /> hours, so the overall supply will be increased if the project moves forward and is developed. <br /> Chair Schmidt asked what he meant by off-hours. <br /> Mr. Lyon stated it is typically nights and weekends. He noted in the parking provisions of the <br /> Downtown Precise Plan there is an allocation for share parking and it is the developer's <br /> choice for when they want to preserve their parking spaces. <br /> Chair Schmidt asked if the off hours are actually coordinated by the developers. <br /> Mr. Lyon stated it is codified. <br /> Ms. Ramirez stated that it will be evening hours on weekdays, 5-10PM, and weekends for the <br /> full days as well as full days on the holidays. <br /> Community Development Director Ekern stated the 211 parking spaces that currently exist <br /> are available pursuant to the parking agreement with the cinema, which makes them available <br /> nights and weekends but not available during the day for the public parking supply. <br /> Mr. Lyon continued the presentation. <br /> Page 5 of 13 <br />
