Task 6.9-Final IS/EA <br /> The Final IS/EA would be forwarded to Caltrans for circulation and approval by Caltrans <br /> management. Twenty-five paper copies of the signed document will be provided to Caltrans and <br /> the CITY for distribution. Fifty CD copies will also be provided. A PDF copy of the IS/EA will <br /> be provided to Caltrans, the CITY, and SMCTA for posting on their websites. A Word copy of <br /> the IS/EA will be provided to Caltrans, CITY, and SMCTA. <br /> Elected officials letters will be prepared and provided to Caltrans for signature. <br /> Task 6.10-Notice of Determination and Finding of No Significant Impact <br /> An administrative draft of the NOD and FONSI will be prepared for use by Caltrans. A signed <br /> Notice of Determination will be sent to the State Clearinghouse with one copy of the <br /> environmental document. The project will require <br /> Caltrans environmental clearance and Caltrans approval of the Project Report(PR). <br /> A Draft Project Report (DPR) is prepared to obtain approval to publicly circulate the Draft ED <br /> and to schedule a public hearing. The Final Project Report is used to recommend that the Build <br /> Alternative be approved and that the project proceed to the final design phase. <br /> Task 7.1 -Draft Project Report <br /> A Draft Project Report (DPR) is first prepared.
