The DTPP program EIR (p. 10-IS) concluded that the South Bayside System Authonty (SBSA, operator of the <br /> wastewater treabnent plant that serves Redwood City) 10-year capital improvement program, initiated in 2008, <br /> would ensure that the wastewater facility is able to continue to meet or exceed the wastewater treabnent <br /> reguirements established for it by the Regional YYater Quality Control Board(RYYQCB), even with the adc&tional <br /> wastewatergenerated by developmentpermitted under the DTPP. <br /> b. The DTPP program EIR (pp. 10-I S and 10-16) concluded that development occurring under the DTPP would not <br /> necessitate the construction or expansion of water or wastewater treabnentfacilifies. See items(d) and(e)below for <br /> further explanation. <br /> c. The DTPP program EIR (pp. 10-23 and 10-24) concluded that no significant increase in storm water runoff was <br /> anticipated to be created by the DTPP or DTPP facilitated development Purthermore, the project will be reguired <br /> to file a Notice of Intent (NOI) with the State YVater Resources Control Board under the Construcfion Acfivities <br /> Storm YVater General Permit (General Permit), which will ensure that construcfion activifies will not cause any <br /> increase in sec&mentafion, turbic&ty, or hazardous matenals concentrations within downstream receiving waters. <br /> The Engineenng Report for 525 Middlefield Road(Sanc&s, December 20, 2012, pp. 2 through Q and Appenc&ces P <br /> and G) details the localized on-site and adfacent drainage improvements and construcfion-penod reguirements <br /> (e.g., City of Redwood City Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program, Drainage Guidelines for Commercial <br /> Development)included in the projec� subject to City review and approval. <br /> d The City's Urban YYater ManagementPlan accounts for development occurring under the DTPP and concludes that <br /> adeguate water supply exists to serve such growth. Therefore, the DTPP program EIR (pp. 10-8 �d 10-9) <br /> concluded that the DTPP, and development facilitated by i� would have no impact on water supply. Purthermore, <br /> the DTPP program EIR (pp. 10-9 and 10-10) concluded that there would be no significant impacts resulfing from <br /> 23 <br />
