8.A. - Page 66 <br /> WFiEREAS, on September 3, 2013, pursuant to Seclion 2.0.3-A-2-a on page <br /> 30 of the DTPP, the Planning Commission considered and accepted the <br /> recommendation of the AAC regarding the ProjecCs proposed deviations from the <br /> guidelines of the DTPP; and <br /> WHEREAS, on September 3, 2013, pursuant to Section 2.0.3-A-2-a on page <br /> 30 of the DTPP, the Planning Commission considered and accepted the <br /> recommendation of the HRAC regarding the adjacent Historic Resource located at 605 <br /> Middlefieid Road; and <br /> WMEREAS, on September 3, 2013, the Commission conducted a public hearing, <br /> in accordance with all applicable requirements of the Subdivision Map Act and the <br /> Redwood City Municipat Code, to consider Tentative Map and Condominium <br /> Permit Appiication No. TM2012-08, and all applicabie requirements ofi the State <br /> Planning and zoning Law, the City Zoning Ordinance and the Downtown Precise Plan <br /> to consider approval of Planned DevelopmenE Permit Application No. <br /> PD2013-07 and Planned Community Permit Application No. DPC2012-09; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Commission has determined that the proposed Tentative Map, <br /> Condominium Permit, Planned Development Permit and Planned Community Permit <br /> would further the purposes oF and approprlately implement the City of Redwood City <br /> General Plan, applicable provisions of the Redwood City Municipal Code, the City <br /> Zoning Ordinance and Downtown Precise Plan, and the 525 Middlefield Project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CtTY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that the above recitals are <br /> accurate and constitute findings in this matter and, together with the Staff Report <br /> and the application materials, including without limitation the Initial Study, <br /> deveiopment plan, and all other documents, reports, studies, memoranda, maps, <br /> oral and written testimony, and maferials in the Citys file for the appiications and the <br /> Project, and all adopted City planning documents relating to the Project and the <br /> property including the City's General Plan, Municipaf Code, Zoning Ordinance, <br /> Downtown Precise Plan, and other applicable City laws and regulations, and all <br /> associated approved a�d certified environmental documents, have together served <br /> as an adequate and appropriate evidentiary basis for the findings and actions set <br /> forth in this Resofution. <br /> ATTY/RES0.2900/PC RESO APPROVING 525 MIDOLEFIEtOTM,CONDO,PD&PC PERMIT <br /> RfV:08-29-13 VR <br /> Yagc 2 of 12 <br />
