8.A. - Page 156 facilities to provide for electric vehicie charging stations. Parking management starts with the leasing office upon the initial parking assignment at the execution of lease. A property management company will be responsible for managing any parking issues on a day to day basis. CC&R's will be adopted that include provisions for parking controls, rules and regulations. The project will exceed the minimum number of parking spaces required by the DTPP. Current estimates of proposed parking are detailed in Tables 1 and 2. Final parking numbers will be refined as the project evolves through structural and construction documents. Street parking will be increased from 40 existing spaces to 47 proposed spaces due to the removal of existing unneeded driveways. Bicvcles Bicycle parking is provided in several secure bicycle rooms on the basement and ground floor levels of the garage. Direct alternate bicycle access to the street is provided by a delineated pathway from the bicycle storage area to a door accessing the sidewalk. Bicyclists will not need to use the vehicular driveways or the pedestrian lobbies to access the bicycle storage facilities. Bike racks as street furniture are also included at lobby entries and near the retail spaces. The project is providing secure facilities for approximately 106 bicycles, a ratio of 5:1 of vehicles to bicycles.
