Standards for Historical ProAerty. During the term of ihis Contract, the <br /> Historic Property shall be subject to the following cor�ditiiorts, requirements and <br /> restrictions ar�d Owner agrees to same: <br /> a) Owner shall preserve and maintain the characteristics of historical <br /> significance of the Historic Property. Attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "B," and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference, is a fist of those minimum standards and <br /> conditions far maintenance, use and preservation of the Historic Proper�y, which <br /> sF�all appiy to such property throughaut the term of this Contract.
