6.A. - Page 27 <br /> b) Owner shall, where necessary, restore and rehai�ilitate the property <br /> according to t#�e rules and regulatians of the Office of the Historic Preservation of <br /> the State Department of Parks and Recreatian and in accordance with the <br /> attached schedule of home impro�ements, attached hereto as Exhibit "C and <br /> incarporated herein by reference." <br /> c) Owr�er sF�all allow reasonable periodic examinations, by prior <br /> appointment, of the inte�ior and exterior of the Historic Property by <br /> representatives of fhe County Assessor for the County o� San Mateo, the <br /> Cafifarnia Deparkment of Parks and Recreation, the California Board of <br /> Equalization, the Historic Resources AcEvisary Committee and City, as may �e <br /> necessary to determine owner's compliance with the �erms and provisions af this <br /> Contract, but in any e�ent, there shall be at least one inspection annually by one <br /> ar more representatives ofi the City and the Historic Resources Ad�isory <br /> Commiftee. <br /> d) Owner or agent of Owner shall provide written notice of the contract <br /> to the Office of Historic Preser�ation within six (6) months of entering into this <br /> Cantract. <br /> 5. Pravision of Requested Information. Owner hereby agrees to furnish City <br /> with any ar�d all information rec{uested by the City which may be necessary ar ad�isable <br /> to determine compliance with the terms and pro�isions af this Contract. <br /> 6. Cancellation for Breach.
