<br /> 3. Prnvide noti#ication of rrieetings to City project rr�anagement and distribute rneeting

<br /> 4. Prepare loint 7rench lntent brawings coordinated with City, AT&�, PG&�, Comcast and Astour�d to
<br /> prepare Joint Trench Intent brawings. Cantractor shall conduct at least 1 ar�d as many as 3 field
<br /> meetings wi�h each utility company and at least 3 independent site walks.
<br /> 5. Prepare 1"=Z0' scale plans showing the preliminary loint Trench alignment aEong Middlefield Road
<br /> between Main 5treet a€�d MacArthur Avenue. The Joint Trench will also extend onto the side streets
<br /> of Mapfe,the JPB R#i tracks that cro55 Maple S�reet and Pennsylvania Ave, Cassia, Heller, Elrn, Beech,
<br /> Cedar, Charter, Pine, 8uckeye, Spruce, Manzanita, Laurel, Willow, Chestnut, Fly€�n, and Douglas.
<br /> Joint trench intent drawings will include City standard barder, north arrow, legend, stationing line,
<br /> preliminary trer�ch aligntnent, proposed street crossings, prirt�ary and secondary preliminary trench
<br /> alignment, existing utilities from Taslc 2, aerial topography from Tas�C 1,termination poles identified,
<br /> preliminary locatians of riser poles, coneeptual loeations for #7 vatalts, #5 vaults, and secondary
<br /> vaults, and other iterr�s typica! to loint 7reneh Intent brawings. �he backgrour�ds far the Joint
<br /> Trench Intent Drawings shall include a conceptual (ayout of the streetscape sidewaiks for r�ference
