42. The soils report shows highly corrosive soils, meaning that the City's Technical <br /> Specifications for Cathodic Protection (Spec Section 02661 ) apply; concrete shall <br /> conform to Spec Section 02550 for corrosion resistant concrete. <br /> 43. The Applicant shall design all street and pedestrian light facilities In accordance with <br /> Engineering Standards, Volume VIII, Design Criteria. <br /> 44. Prior to the issuance of grading, improvement, and building permits by the City, the <br /> Applicant shall obtain all of the required permitting from the U.S. Army Corps of <br /> Engineers and any other regulatory agency with regulatory and permitting authority for <br /> any work within the Section 404 Jurisdictional Boundaries. Copies of these permits shall <br /> be submitted to the City. <br /> 45. The Applicant shall apply for and obtain a Grading Perk. Prior to Grading Permit <br /> issuance, the Applicant shall submit a Plot and Finished Grading Plan prepared by a <br /> California registered Civil Engineer. <br /> 46. Grading shall be performed in accordance with Volume III, Part II of the City's <br /> Engineering Standards (aww.redwoodcity:orecdsieneineering!standards?design;TartV). Soil Or <br /> other construction materials shall not be stockpiled in the public right-of-way. Applicant <br /> shall submit cut/fill volumes (CY) for all soils to be imported to or exported from the site. <br /> 47. Continuous site inspection shall be provided by a Soils Engineer at the Developer's <br /> expense during trenching and backfill operations. The Soils Engineer shall take <br /> compaction tests, and shall submit test results to Engineering & Construction. <br /> 48. Post-construction runoff into the stone drain shall not exceed pre-construction runoff <br /> levels. The Applicant's design professional shall evaluate the project's impact to the City's <br /> storm drainage system and shall substantiate their conclusions with drainage calculations <br /> to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br /> 49. Stomlwater Pollution Prevention Program Best Management Practices (BMPs) for <br /> construction shall be implemented to protect water quality, in accordance with the <br /> approved Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). BMP plan sheets are available <br /> electronically for inserting into project plans. <br /> 50. Plans shall be designed to meet the C3 requirements of the Municipal Regional Permit <br /> (MRP) NPDES Permit CAS 612008. <br /> 51 . Applicant's design professional shall complete NPDES Checklists, Attachments R1 and. <br /> R2 of the City Standards, and provide for appropriate permanent stormwater control <br /> measures. Requirements shall be confirmed at the time planning approval. For potential <br /> solutions, the Applicant may refer to the San Mateo Countywide Water Pollution <br /> Prevention Program's (SMCWPPP) C.3 Stormwater Technical Guidance Manual for <br /> assistance in implementing LID measures at the site. <br /> him is slsw.flowstoba;'.or„,bs new development.nhn <br /> 52. For construction activity resulting in a land disturbance of one acre or more, Applicant <br /> shall file a Notice of Intent (NOI) with the State Water Resources Control Board under the <br /> Construction Activities Storm Water General Permit (General Permit).
