the Applicant's intent to comply with the San Mateo Countywide Stormwater Pollution <br /> Prevention Program, including a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). <br /> (www.scrb.ca.Rov/stormstr/construction.html). <br /> 53. All stormwater treatment design structures shall not hold standing water for more than 72 <br /> hours, per San Mateo County Mosquito Abatement District's Vector Control Plan. <br /> 54. LID treatment measures to be shown on final improvement or grading plans shall not <br /> differ materially from the LID treatment measures presented on the project's Tentative <br /> Map without written approval from the City Engineer. <br /> 55. On-site storm drain inlets shall be clearly marked with the words "No Dumping! Flows to <br /> Bay," or equivalent using thermoplastic material or a plaque. <br /> 56. Applicant shall arrange for final inspection of installed treatment measure by the project <br /> inspector within 45 days of installation or project construction completion, whichever <br /> comes first. <br /> 57. If construction is not complete by the start of the wet season (October 1 through April 30), <br /> the Applicant shall implement a winterization program to minimize the potential for <br /> erosion and sedimentation. As appropriate to the site and status of construction, <br /> winterization requirements shall include inspecting/maintaining/cleaning all soil erosion <br /> and sedimentation controls prior to, during, and immediately after each storm event; <br /> stabilizing disturbed soils through temporary or permanent seeding, mulching, matting, <br /> taming or other physical means; rocking unpaved vehicle access to limit dispersion of <br /> much onto public right-of-way; and covering/tarping stored construction materials, fuels, <br /> and other chemicals. Plans to include proposed measures to prevent erosion and <br /> polluted runoff from all site conditions shall be submitted for approval by CDD prior to <br /> beginning construction. As site conditions warrant, the City Engineer may direct the <br /> Applicant to implement additional winterization requirements. <br /> 58. If all or a portion of the proposed improvements are located within a FEMA special flood <br /> hazard area, the Applicant shall adhere to the City's Floodplain Management Ordinance, <br /> Chapter 41 of the City's Municipal Code. <br /> 59. If the site is in a Flood Plain (as shown on the latest FEMA Flood Insurance Maps), the <br /> Applicant shall obtain an elevation certificate from a registered land surveyor, confirming <br /> that the property has been elevated to be above the flood plain. <br /> 60. In accordance with Municipal Code Section 30.45 (Expiration and Extension of Tentative <br /> Map Approvals), an approved or conditionally approved Tentative Map shall expire <br /> eighteen (18) months from the date the map was approved or conditionally approved by <br /> the Planning Commission. <br /> 61 . Applicant shall submit a Final Map for review and approval by City Engineering and the <br /> City Attorneys office, prior to the expiration of the Vesting Tentative Map.
