7.1.F. - Page 14 <br /> Task 1 -2 includes a concept and criteria review prior to preparation of the 75% deliverables. <br /> This activity will Involve a single three (3) hour meeting in which senior staff will review the <br /> design concepts. Minutes from this meeting will be supplied to the Consultant Project team. <br /> Task 1 - 3 Project Kick - off Meeting <br /> Consultant will prepare the agenda and lead the project kick -off meeting, and will prepare <br /> minutes for distribution to meeting attendees. The consultant will also prepare agendas and <br /> minutes for monthly and progress review meetings attended by the project team and the City. <br /> Task 1 Deliverables: <br /> • Monthly status reports including invoicing, budget status, schedule updates and list of <br /> issues that need to be addressed to proceed with the project, in electronic PDF format. <br /> • Meeting agendas and meeting notes in hard copy or electronic PDF format, as needed. <br /> Task 2 Pre Design Evaluation <br /> it is recognized by the Consultant that a Pre Design Report has been completed for this project. <br /> Since that work was done by others, the Consultant will conduct a review of the assumptions <br /> and recommendations presented In that report prior to conducting Initial Design (Task 3) and <br /> Final Design (Task 4). The following subtasks will be completed as part of the evaluation of the <br /> existing Pre Design Report. <br /> Task 2 Pre Design Report Review <br /> Consultant will review the assumptions, findings, and recommendations in the existing Pre <br /> Design Report. This information will be compared to Consultant's information and knowledge of _ <br /> upcoming improvements currently in planning or under construction at the west end of Maple <br /> Street. <br /> Task 2-2 Develop Final Design Approach Recommendations <br /> Task 2 -2 will involve senior staff in the development of final design recommendations. Issues to <br /> be considered will include tunneling method and alignment for the new Walnut Street <br /> Interceptor. These recommendations are intended to form the basis for the final design. <br /> Activities under this task are expected to include. <br /> e Review and evaluation of north and south alignments across Highway 101 for the <br /> proposed Walnut Street Interceptor, <br /> ▪ Review and evaluation of the anticipated impact to the existing 48 -inch Walnut Street <br /> Gravity sewer Interceptor crossing Highway 101, <br /> e Review and evaluation of anticipated impact to existing utilities from the installation of <br /> the new Walnut Street Interceptor. This evaluation is expected to include identifying <br /> possible approaches for the protection of SBSA's 48 -inch force main near the east right - <br /> of -way line of Highway 101, in the alignment of the proposed Walnut Street Interceptor, <br /> REV: 12 -05.13 VR <br /> Page 11 of 18 <br /> ATTY /AGR.2013.240 /KennedyJenks 237900 <br />
