The subtasks include the <br /> following: <br /> Task 4 -1 100% Drawings and Trenchless Calculations <br /> Task 4 -2 100% Specifications <br /> Task 4 -3 Opinion of Probable Cost <br /> Task 4 -4 Final Plans and Specifications (based on City 100% comments) <br /> Task 4 -5 Revised Opinion of Probable Cost (based on City input) <br /> Task 4 -6 Caltrans Permit <br /> Task 4 Deliverables: <br /> • 100% plans and specifications, one hard copy of the full -size plans (on translucent bond) <br /> will be provided to Redwood City for final mark review and approval, and one bound <br /> hard copy of the specifications. <br /> b Final plans and specifications, one hard copy of the full -size wet stamped and signed <br /> polyester media of the plans will be provided to Redwood City with the finalized <br /> specifications suitable for reproduction. <br /> ® Electronic copies: Drawings in AutoCAD version 2013 or earlier, Drawings in 11" x 17" <br /> PDF Format, specifications in Word, and estimate of probable cost and construction <br /> schedule in Excel. <br /> Task 4 City Assistance: <br /> • Set up contract with and pay for a plan room to distribute construction .documents during <br /> bidding phase identified in Task 5, <br /> Task 5 Bidding and Construction Support Services <br /> The following tasks will be conducted during the bidding and construction phases. <br /> Task 5 - 1 Bidding Support Services <br /> Consultant will assist the City during project bidding to provide clarifications, answer questions <br /> from prospective bidders, and issue addenda, as needed. <br /> Task 5-2 Prepare and Conduct Pre - Bid Meeting <br /> Consultant's Project Manager and tunneling subconsultant will jointly prepare and conduct the <br /> pre -bid meeting. An agenda for this meeting will be submitted to the City's Project Manager in <br /> advance to solicit comments.
