• Updated project schedule <br /> • Completed comment/response forms <br /> • Caltrans permitting progress-appiication and encroachment and crossing permit <br /> Task 3-4 Utility Relocation Coordination <br /> This task will inciude the coordination efforts needed to relocate existing utilities to <br /> accommodate the new 60-inch sewer pipeline. <br /> Task 3-5 Caltrans Permit Coordination <br /> Consultant's Project Manager, Fred Neal, in cooperation with the City's Project Manager, will <br /> meet with Caltrans to obtain initial authority for consideration of installation of the proposed <br /> Walnut Street Interceptor 60-inch concrete sewer pipe across the Highway 101 right-of-way <br /> without a surrounding casing. <br /> Task 3-6 Design Review Meeting <br /> A 75% design review meeting will be conducted at City Hall between Consultant and Redwood <br /> City staff. Consultant will provide a meeting agenda and follow up meeting notes. <br /> Task 3 Deliverables: <br /> Consultant will prepare a transmittal memorandum to accompany each design stage submittal. <br /> In addition, Consultant will submit QA/QC checklists, and where appropriate, Redwood City <br /> checklists, for each design-stage submittal. Project schedule updates will be submitted. <br /> Hardcopies and digital copies will be provided. Digital submitt�ls will be made in .pdf and <br /> AutoCAD format and MS Word/Excel documents will be provided upon request. <br /> • Six (6) hard copy sets of the 75% submittal and electronic copies will be submitted in <br /> PDF format. <br /> • Design review meeting agenda and rneeting notes. <br /> • Copies of all correspondence pertaining to utility coordination, and relocation as well as <br /> Caltrans Permitting correspondence. <br /> Task 4 Final Design (100% Subrrrittal) <br /> Based on additional design work and the City's review and comments on the 75% documents, <br /> Consultant will prepare and submit 100% documents. The 100% documents will incorporate <br /> detailed notes to reflect all of the work being required of the construction contractor, as weU as <br /> all work to be done by others, including the City, utility companies, and permitting authorities <br /> (Caltrans). Final site access and traffic control will also be addressed in the 100%documents. <br /> The 100% design submittal will include completed construction documents, a final opinion of <br /> probable cost and a successfully obtained Caltrans Permit.
