I I . . .. <br /> Former Redwood City Council Member and Mayor Daniela Devincenzi, 269 Ruby <br /> Avenue, San Carlos, introduced Andy Frisch, incoming President of Redwood City <br /> - International, Board members Mike Giari, Lou Miller, Pete and Paula Uccelli, and Georgi <br /> LaBerge. Mrs. Devincenzi described Redwood City International's trip to Mexico, and <br /> spoke in support of a new Sister City relationship with Colima. Mrs. Devincenzi advised <br /> they were not seeking funds ITom the City, and the delegates who will travel to Colima for <br /> the ceremony will do so at their own expense.
