The method of charginro rata costs <br /> for such services and the hourly rates to be applied for <br /> providing such services shall be established by resolution of <br /> the City Council. <br /> "The amount of required deposits for each municipal <br /> service to be provided shall be determined by the official <br /> indicated below: <br /> Investigation and Checking Plans - Director of Public Works <br /> Inspections , and Other. Services - Director of Public Works <br /> "If the amount of deposit initially estimated by the <br /> Director of Public Works to be required to defray the antici- <br /> pated costs of providing such services is insufficient to cover <br /> the actual costs of City, the subdivider shall make an additiona <br /> deposit sufficient to defray the revised costs . Failure to do <br /> so may be groundsfor stopping all further work on the project . <br /> All funds on deposit after defraying all reasonable costs of <br /> City in providing such services shall be returned to the <br /> subdivider within thirty (30) days after recordation of the <br /> final map, or after required improvements have been constructed <br /> and accepted by City, or upon withdrawal of a map as provided <br /> in this chapter. The subdivider shall make a deposit with the <br /> City prior to commencement of work on any portion of a sub- <br /> division, and shall make all deposits required by City prior <br /> to filing a parcel map or a final map. <br /> "Section 30. 72 . Waiver of Direct Access to Streets . <br /> The subdivider, as a condition for acceptance of any dedication <br /> or offer of dedication of a street, may be required to include <br /> a waiver of direct access to such street from any property <br /> shown on the final map as abutting thereon . If the dedication <br /> is accepted, such waiver shall become effective in accordance <br /> with the provisions of the waiver of direct access in accordance <br /> 9 <br /> y3 <br />
