in the following amounts : <br /> " (a) One hundred percent (100%) of the total estimated <br /> cost of the improvements or of the act to be performed , <br /> conditioned upon the faithful performance of the improve- <br />! ments or the act; <br /> " (b) One hundred percent (100%) of the total estimated <br /> cost of improvements to pay the contractor , and any sub- <br /> contractors or persons furnishing labor , materials or <br /> equipment in connection with the performance of the improve- <br /> ments . This security shall provide that if the subdivider , <br /> contractor , or any subcontractor fails to pay any of the <br /> persons named in Section 3181 of the Civil Code , or the amounts <br /> due under the Unemployment Insurance Code with respect to work <br /> or labor performed by any such claimant, or for any amounts <br /> required to be deducted , withheld , and paid over to the <br /> Franchise Tax Board from wages of employees of the contractor <br /> and his subcontractors pursuant to Section 18806 of the <br /> Revenue and Taxation Code, with respect to such labor and <br /> work that the surety or sureties will pay for the same, and <br /> also, in case suit is brought upon the bond , a reasonable <br /> attorney' s fee, to be fixed by a Court of Competent Jurisdiction <br /> " (c) Ten percent (10%) of the total estimated cost of the <br /> improvements, or of the act to be performed , conditioned upon <br /> the guarantee of the improvements or act to be performed for <br /> a period of one year following completion and acceptance <br /> thereof against any defect in the improvements to be provided <br /> , as required in Section 30.88; <br /> or in the material to be furnished;/ <br /> "The provisions of such improvement security shall provide <br /> that it is security for the faithful performance and furnishing <br /> L/C <br />
