Functions of the Plareview Committee. <br /> The Plan Review Committee is authorized to review tentative <br /> maps and make recommendations thereon to the Planning <br /> Commission; to review preliminary design maps and report <br /> to the subdivider thereon; and to review tentative parcel <br /> maps. The Committee shall. not be authorized to act on <br /> requested exceptions to the provisions of this chapter , <br /> but may, however, make recommendations to the Planning <br /> Commission thereon. <br /> "The Plan Review Committee shall establish its time <br /> and place of meeting and shall otherwise adopt such rules <br /> as may be necessary for the orderly conduct of its business. <br /> "Section 30. 6. Functions of the Subdivision Committee. <br /> The Subdivision Committee is authorized to review and act <br /> on tentative parcel maps. In its review of a tentative <br /> parcel map the Subdivision Committee shall consider such <br /> comments and recommendations as may have been transmitted <br /> to it by the Plan Review Committee. In the event that the <br /> Subdivision Committee does not tinairxmous-ly approve a tentative <br /> ,by the unanimous vote of its total membership <br /> parcel map, that tentative parcel map shall automatically be <br /> or other appropriate action <br /> transmitted to the Planning Commission for approval! The <br /> Subdivision Committee is not authorized to act on requested <br /> exceptions to the provisions of this chapter, but may, however , <br /> make recommendations to the Planning Commission thereon.
