resolution because each regulates the subject matter <br /> of the subdivision of real property or a related subject <br /> matter , that provision which is more restrictive or <br /> imposes higher standards or requirements shall govern. <br /> "Whenever requirements are set forth in general terms <br /> in this chapter, details of such requirements may be <br /> implemented by policies established by the City. <br /> "Section 30. 9 . Severability. If any word , phrase , <br /> clause, subsection, or section of this chapter is found by <br /> a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, it is <br /> hereby declared that this City would have adopted all <br /> provisions of this chapter not found to be invalid, in any <br /> event. <br /> "Article II . Parcel Map <br /> "Section 30 . 10 . General.
