The applicable <br /> advisory agency shall require that dedications , or offers <br /> of dedication appear on the tentative parcel map, as well <br /> as on the parcel map. <br /> "Section 30 . 11. Minor Subdivisions . Whenever the <br /> division of land would create four lots or less , or would <br /> create parcels as set forth in subsections (a) , (b) , (c) , <br /> (d) of Section 66426 of the Government Code , the subdivider <br /> shall prepare a parcel map in accordance with the provisions <br /> of this chapter . <br /> "Section 30 . 12. Lot Combinations .
