, �,�7. <br /> ,, . ,,. ,� <br /> "Section 43. 7 Revocation. Any variance shall be revoked <br /> upon a finding by the Zoning Administrator that the terms <br /> thereof have been violated in whole or in part. In the event <br /> of such revocation, all rights granted under the variance <br /> shall cease and terminate; and the violation of the terms <br /> thereof, in whole or in part, shall be deemed a violation o� <br /> this ordinance. In lieu of revocation, additional conditions <br /> may be established on an existing variance. " <br /> SECTION 55. Section 44 . 2 of the aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 44 . 2 Application. Every application sha1.1 be <br /> on forms provided by the Zoning Administrator, shall be accom- <br /> panied by a nonrefundable fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25 . 00) <br /> and shall also be accompanied by such legal descriptions, maps <br /> or plats, drawings, and other pertinent information including <br /> offstreet parking and loading facility information, as may be <br /> required by the Zoning Administrator. In the event a zoning <br /> permit is applied for in conjunction with an application for a <br /> building permit or with another zoning application, no fee shall <br /> be charged for the zoning permit. The zoning permit and the <br /> building permit may be combined on a single form. " <br /> SECTION 56. Section 44 . 3 of the aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 44 . 3 Issuance. The Zoning Administrator shall <br /> issue the zoning permit applied for if he finds that the <br /> proposed use or structure complies with all the requirements <br /> of this ordinance; otherwise, the application shall be denied. <br /> "The issuance of a zoning permi.t shall not reliev� the <br /> applicant from the duty of complying with the provisions of <br /> this ordinance or any other ordinance or law.
